Welcome to Mr. Cleaning Hua Hin.
By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.
🧼 1. Stains and Cleaning Results
Some stains may not be completely removed after washing. The result depends on the stain’s type, age, and material.
We guarantee the removal of up to 80% of stains.
The color of upholstery or fabric may slightly change after deep cleaning due to material wear or chemical reaction.
🪑 2. Condition of Items
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage (tears, cracks, discoloration, weakened seams, etc.) that may become more visible during washing.
Our team will inspect items before starting the service.
⚡ 3. Access for Work
Please provide access to a 220V electrical outlet and a water source in the working area.
Ensure safe working conditions and adequate lighting.
💰 4. Booking & Payment
Service booking is confirmed after receiving a 50% prepayment.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.
Payments are accepted only via the official company account or cash directly to our authorized staff.
Mr. Cleaning Hua Hin is not responsible for payments made to third parties or unofficial accounts.
🔁 5. Order Cancellation & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If cancelled later than 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or equipment malfunction, with notice given at least 24 hours before the planned service.
💎 6. Valuables & Personal Belongings
Dear Client, for your safety and peace of mind:
Please store valuables (cash, jewelry, phones, documents) in a safe place before our team arrives.
If there are any restricted areas, please inform or mark them clearly before cleaning.
Mr. Cleaning Hua Hin guarantees respect and confidentiality in handling your property but is not responsible for loss or damage of valuables left on-site.
📸 7. Photography & Quality Control
For quality assurance, our team may take photos or short videos before, during, and after cleaning.
These images are used exclusively for internal quality control and will never be shared with third parties.
All materials are stored securely and treated as confidential.
📏 8. Measurement & Price Adjustments
Before starting, our technicians will measure items (sofas, mattresses, carpets, etc.).
If the actual size exceeds the declared one, the price may be adjusted accordingly.

By confirming your cleaning request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
